After the samples were sent, the foreign trade and technical teams maintained close follow-up. Over the course of more than a month, they promptly responded to the client's inquiries regarding installation, commissioning, and process details, comprehensively addressing all doubts. Upon receiving the order, the team immediately advanced the production schedule and clarified the original estimated production lead time. Unfortunately, it coincided with the National Day holiday, and the shutdown during the holiday necessitated an extension of the original estimated production lead time. After the holiday, the team resumed work quickly, fully promoting the preparation of production materials and pre-assembly work. However, before the start of the assembly process, the quality inspection department detected that the accessories did not meet quality standards through rigorous testing. The team immediately investigated the cause and ultimately identified the root problem as a malfunction in the production mold. To uphold the quality bottom line, the relevant processes were suspended immediately, and mold repair work was initiated. After a week of intensive efforts, the mold was successfully repaired and passed precision testing. Subsequently, the accessories were re-produced, with special personnel overseeing the entire production and inspection process to ensure each batch of accessories meets qualified standards. After several days of expedited progress, all qualified materials were in place, and the products successfully completed the entire process including assembly and finished product inspection.
Shortly before shipment, the team provided the client with updates on the first-sample photos of each SKU and production progress, and detailed the product production details and quality control processes. The client successfully completed the confirmation.
