Production of PVC shower pan liner for Canada Market

Recently, we have completed the production of a batch of PVC shower pan liner rolls(6*50ft 40mil thickness ) for export to the Canadian market.

This time, we produced 14,000 square meters of PVC shower pan liner, which took a total of 25 working days.

Our PVC shower pan rolls are composed of three processes: extrusion, compounding and printing. Its main component is flexible PVC material. We added 5% active ingredients to the PVC raw materials, which can well improve the softness and service life of the pan liner. It can make the PVC shower pan liner maintain good flexibility and softness at minus 20 ° and has high strength. This is different from CPE and ordinary PVC, as these two materials will continuously age and become harder and brittle over long-term use.

Our PVC pan liner mainly includes roll of 6ft*50ft, 6ft*50ft, 6tf*33.3ft, 5ft*40ft, 4ft*50ft, etc. and sheets of 5ft*6ft, 6ft*7ft, 6ft*8ft, 6ft*10ft etc. Of course, we can also support customization.

Among then, the thickness of the shower pan liner includes 30mil and 40mil.

At present, the main markets of our PVC waterproof pan liner are in Canada, the United States. The main applications are in bathrooms, kitchens and other indoor waterproofing.

Our PVC waterproof pan liner is also used together with our shower dam (outer corners) and PVC glue.
